Renters Claim Form
Submitting our claim form is not formally submitting a claim to your insurance carrier. Once our claim form has been submitted, we will submit the claim to your insurance carrier on your behalf. After the claim has been submitted, you should receive contact from your insurance carrier or from us if any additional information is needed to for your claim. We will contact you as soon as possible if necessary. If you are in need of immediate assistance due to your claim, please call us or your insurance carrier so we may assist you as quickly as possible. If your claim involves an uninhabitable home, a business not being able to operate, or even death, please call us or your carrier as soon as possible so we are able to assist to the best of our abilities.
Please be advised that any submissions made via this website does not constitute as a binding agreement to your policy or coverages. Changes and payments to policies are not effective or binding until you, or any party involved receive official notice from either your insurance agent, or your insurance company.
